How do I use the cleansing water?

Put a sufficient amount of cleansing water onto a cotton pad, and soak it in nicely. Gently wipe your entire face and neck with the gentle cotton pad. To remove waterproof makeup; You will be required to steadily press a soaked cotton pad on closed eyes and your lips for between 20-25 seconds. There will be no need for rinsing.
